Work package leader: TUDO
Consortium partners agreed that TU Dortmund coordinates the whole project and represents the consortium to the European Commission officially. ESI Irkutsk coordinates the Russian consortium partners in close collaboration to TU Dortmund. Management of several project tasks obliges if necessary to task leaders. So the following main tasks are defined for this WP:
