Work package leader: EPFL

The success of ICOEUR project depends on effective information flow within the consortium and productive cooperation based on it as well as on the achievement of expected impacts on the future development of Pan-European and Russian power systems and markets. The latter requires wide spread dissemination of project results to targeted stakeholders and public opinion. The role of stakeholders from politics, utilities, industry or consumers is of great importance for the ICOEUR project, what allows achieving project objectives not only on an analytical framework. The effectiveness of the internal and external dissemination process is the first main objective of WP5.

WP5 has also a special role assisting the coordinator in his responsibility for the scientific management and quality assurance of the activities within the project. However, because of the strong interaction between the work packages, with many partners working together on model development, and to guarantee consistent results as well as effective cooperation and coordination of the various activities, the role of scientific management and quality assurance will be strengthened at a project level.
