Objectives
Work package has to develop methods and tools for monitoring and control of power systems in EU and Russia in adequacy to requirements of confidence of sensitive data. This contains next sub-objectives:

Communication and data exchange in between control centres in EU and Russia

Development of new algorithms and methods for a common system state estimation

Wide area power system monitoring with PMU under use of (shared) data concentrator.

Development of functions for control of interconnected networks
